You assume full responsibility for your health and safety. We strongly recommend consulting your physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition program.
Individual results vary significantly. Testimonials and transformation photos shown on this website reflect individual experiences and are not typical results. Your results will depend on numerous factors including your adherence to the program, starting fitness level, diet, sleep, medical history, and other variables outside our control. LeanProtocol makes no guarantees of specific results.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any product or service from LeanProtocol. By using our services, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated amount. For subscription coaching programs, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

All content on this website, including programs, guides, copy, graphics, logos, and training materials, is the intellectual property of Novathor Holdings LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any LeanProtocol content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeanProtocol and Novathor Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, health complications, or financial loss. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that fitness and nutrition programs carry inherent physical risks, and you voluntarily assume those risks by participating.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeanProtocol and Novathor Holdings LLC, its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time. We may also update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Dakota. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeanProtocol regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
